At the end of the course we hold a concert to which the public is invited. Here’s how our local French newspaper reported the event in 2009.

‘Organised by the Bercloux entertainment committee, last Friday 3 July a group of students and their two teachers, the violnist Joe Broughton and the guitarist Kevin Dempsey performed a concert of folk, jazz and rock, and the public weren’t disappointed!

There were about a hundred peope who attended the concert to watch morris dancing, opera, a french song, circus acts, and of course, folk, rock and jazz music played by superb guitarists and violinists. The concert lasted two hours and was performed in the middle of the audience……. an exceptional evening with exceptional musicians.’
